About Amazon Tickets

Amazon Tickets helps customers browse, book and buy tickets to live entertainment across the UK, from every ticket to every West End show, to music concerts, festivals and family events. We work with a range of promoters, venues, record labels and artists to source exciting live events and provide exclusives and special offers you can't find elsewhere.

Our pricing is clear with all fees displayed upfront and booking your tickets is simple using your Amazon account.

About Ticket Delivery

Ticket Type / Delivery Method

The type of ticket required for your event will be clearly marked on the details page of your event.

Deliveries to the UK

Orders that require a physical "Hard Ticket" to an event qualify for FREE Delivery. Tickets will be dispatched so you'll receive them at least 7 days prior to the event. If you haven't received your tickets 7 days before then please contact us.

Non-UK addresses

We don't currently deliver physical tickets to non-UK addresses. These tickets will be ready for collection at the venue's box office. Your order confirmation and the purchasing payment card will be required to verify your ID.

Update Your Delivery Address

  1. Sign into Your Account and go to Your Tickets.
  2. Click Where are my tickets next to the relevant event details.
  3. Select Update Address and enter your updated delivery address.

About Collection at Box Office

Many of the events allow you to collect your tickets at the box office. This will be clearly marked on the detail pages of your chosen event and on your order confirmation e-mail. To collect your tickets you will need to present your order confirmation e-mail and the card used to make the purchase.

About Vouchers

E-mail tickets

For some events the tickets will be fulfilled by e-mail, this will be clearly marked on the Details page of your chosen event and your order confirmation. When the tickets are due to be dispatched you’ll receive an e-mail to the registered e-mail address on your account. The redemption details will be detailed in this e-mail. If you have any difficulties in redeeming your tickets then please contact us.

Create an Account

All you need to create your Amazon Tickets account is an e-mail address and a password.

Amazon Tickets uses Amazon.co.uk's secure servers for purchasing, so if you don’t have an existing Amazon.co.uk account, you’ll be asked to create one to make a purchase.

You can access your account anytime by clicking on Your Account at the top of each page.

Please always use the same e-mail address and password to log in to Your Account. You don't need separate accounts for different devices or computers.

After creating your account you'll be able to:

  • Check your Amazon Tickets order history.
  • View your Tickets.
  • Update your Ticket Preferences.
  • Manage your E-mail Subscription settings.
  • Edit your account settings and payment methods.

Note: Any changes you make to your Amazon Tickets e-mail or password will be reflected on your Amazon.co.uk account, and vice versa.

Update Account Information

You can update your name, e-mail address, password, and payment methods in a few steps.

To update your account information:

  1. Go to Your Account.
  2. Do one of the following:
    • Click on Account Settings, then Edit, and then Done.
    • Click on Payment Methods and add a promotional code to your account or update your payment cards on file.

Any changes you make to your Amazon Tickets e-mail or password will be reflected on your Amazon.co.uk account, and vice versa.

About Our Refund Policy

Events/performances can't be refunded unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled. If a ticket is non-refundable, it'll be clearly stated in the details page and before you confirm your order.

Resolve a Payment Decline

If there's an issue with your payment card, you'll be notified by e-mail.

If your card is declined then the order won't be processed and you'll need to re-order. Before trying to order again, please:

  • Check the card details in your account are correct.
  • Ensure sufficient funds are available on the card, or
  • Add an alternative payment method to your account.

You can add or update your payment methods by visiting the Payment Methods section in Your Account.

We accept the following cards:

  • American Express
  • MasterCard
  • Visa
  • Visa Electron
  • Delta
  • EuroCard
  • Maestro and Solo (UK based only)

We don't accept bank transfers, payments by BACS, PayPal, or Amazon.co.uk Gift Cards.

Resolve E-mail Delivery Problems

If you haven't received your order confirmation e-mail or you aren't receiving subscription e-mails that you've signed up for, there are a few things you can check:

  • Spam or junk folders
  • The e-mail address entered

You can contact us if the e-mail isn't in a spam or junk folder, of if you'd like to update the e-mail address associated with the purchase or subscription.
