Important Update about Amazon Tickets

Effective 8 March 2018, Amazon Tickets stopped selling tickets. Tickets you have already purchased are not affected by this change. No action is required on your part.

What this means:

  • The tickets you have already purchased remain valid and will be honoured.
  • You can access your order information by visiting tickets.amazon.co.uk/purchases.

Ticket Type / Delivery Method

Tickets will either be dispatched via post to the address associated with the order or can be collected at the venue box office. Ticket type and delivery method is indicated on each order and details can be found in Your Tickets.

About Ticket Delivery

Deliveries to the UK

Tickets will be dispatched 7 days prior to an event. If you haven't received your tickets 5 days before then please contact us.

Non-UK addresses

We may send physical tickets via post to non-UK addresses. If eligible, you will receive a notification closer to the time of dispatch. For non-UK addresses that we are unable to deliver to, the tickets will be ready for collection at the venue's box office. Your photo ID (matching the name on your order confirmation) and printed ticket voucher will be required to verify your ID for ticket collection.

Update Your Delivery Address

You can change your delivery address on your order up to 23 days before the show's date. To do this:

  1. Go to Your Tickets and sign in to your account.
  2. Click Change delivery address under the address you want to change.
  3. Select the address you want to send the tickets to from the list or enter a new delivery address by selecting Add new address.

About Collection at Box Office

Many of the events allow you to collect your tickets at the box office. This will be clearly marked on your order confirmation e-mail. To collect your tickets you will need to present your photo ID matching the name on your order and the printed ticket voucher.

About Vouchers

eTickets:

For some events the tickets will be fulfilled as eTickets that need to be printed at home. This will be clearly marked on each applicable order in Your Tickets. To gain entry on the day of the event, you will be required to present to the venue's box office your printed voucher as well as photo ID matching the names provided at the time of purchase.

To retrieve and print your eTicket voucher:

  1. Sign into your account
  2. Click "Your Tickets"
  3. Select the relevant order and click "View order" to access and print your eTicket

Update Account Information

You can update your name, e-mail address, password, and payment methods in a few steps.

To update your account information:

  1. Go to www.amazon.co.uk
  2. Go to Your Account.
  3. Do one of the following:
    1. Click on Login & security to update name, e-mail address, or password.

    2. Click on Payment Methods and add a promotional code to your account or update your payment cards on file.

About Our Refund Policy

Events/performances can't be refunded unless the event is significantly changed, cancelled or rescheduled as outlined in our Conditions of Use. If a ticket is non-refundable, it'll be clearly stated in the details page and before you confirm your order.
