About Amazon Tickets
Amazon Tickets will soon stop selling tickets. Some events will still be available for sale on the website for a short period of time. Tickets you have already purchased are not affected by this change. No action is required on your part.
What this means:
-The tickets you have already purchased remain valid and will be honoured.
-You can access your order information by visiting tickets.amazon.co.uk/purchases.
-You can continue to purchase tickets to some events for a short period of time.

3. I can still see tickets for sale on the website. Why is this happening if you are closing down?
Most events will be removed from the website starting 21 February 2018. Some events will still be available for sale for a short period of time and the Amazon Tickets website will remain operational during that period.
About Ticket Delivery
Deliveries to the UK
Tickets will be dispatched 7 days prior to an event. If you haven't received your tickets 5 days before then please contact us.
We may send physical tickets via post to non-UK addresses. If eligible, you will receive a notification closer to the time of dispatch.
For non-UK addresses that we are unable to deliver to, these tickets will be ready for collection at the venue's box office.
Your photo ID, matching the name on your order and printed ticket voucher will be required to verify your ID for collection.
Ticket Type / Delivery Method
The type of ticket required for your event will be clearly marked on the details page of your event. When purchasing tickets which will be dispatched via post, you will need to enter the name of the person who the tickets are intended for at the checkout page. If the ticket recipient is being accompanied by guests, please ensure the guests enter the venue at the same time as you.
Update Your Delivery Address
You can change your delivery address on your order up to 23 days before the show's date. To do this:
About Collection at Box Office
Many of the events allow you to collect your tickets at the box office. This will be clearly marked on the detail pages of your chosen event and on your order confirmation e-mail. To collect your tickets you will need to present your photo ID matching the name on your order and the printed ticket voucher.
For some events the tickets will be fulfilled as eTickets that need to be printed at home. This will be clearly marked on the detail page of your event. On the day of the event, you will be required to present your printed voucher as well as photo ID matching the names provided at the time of purchase to the venue's box office to gain entry.
To retrieve and print your eTicket voucher:
- Sign into your account
- Click "Your Tickets"
- Select the relevant order and click "View order" to access and print your eTicket
Create an Account
Amazon Tickets uses Amazon.co.uk's secure servers for purchasing, so if you don’t have an existing Amazon.co.uk account, you’ll be asked to create one to make a purchase.
You can access your account anytime by clicking on Your Account at the top of each page.
Please always use the same e-mail address and password to log in to Your Account. You don't need separate accounts for different devices or computers.
After creating your account you'll be able to:
- Check your Amazon Tickets order history.
- View your Tickets.
- Update your Ticket Preferences.
- Manage your E-mail Subscription settings.
- Edit your account settings and payment methods.
Note: Any changes you make to your Amazon Tickets e-mail or password will be reflected on your Amazon.co.uk account, and vice versa.
Update Account Information
To update your account information:
- Go to Your Account.
Do one of the following:
- Click on Account Settings, then Edit, and then Done.
- Click on Payment Methods and add a promotional code to your account or update your payment cards on file.
Any changes you make to your Amazon Tickets e-mail or password will be reflected on your Amazon.co.uk account, and vice versa.
About Our Refund Policy
Events/performances can't be refunded unless the event is significantly changed, cancelled or rescheduled as outlined in our Conditions of Use . If a ticket is non-refundable, it'll be clearly stated in the details page and before you confirm your order.
Resolve a Payment Decline
If there's an issue with your payment card, you'll be notified by e-mail.
If your card is declined then the order won't be processed and you'll need to re-order. Before trying to order again, please:
- Check the card details in your account are correct.
- Ensure sufficient funds are available on the card, or
- Add an alternative payment method to your account.
Eligible Payment Methods
You can add or update your payment methods by visiting the Payment Methods section in Your Account.
We accept the following cards:
- American Express
- Visa Electron
- Maestro and Solo (UK based only)
We don't accept bank transfers, payments by BACS, PayPal, or Amazon.co.uk Gift Cards.
To purchase tickets to Prime Live Events:
Prime Member: In order to purchase tickets to Prime Live Events, the Prime account holder needs to be signed in. Go to Your Account and Sign In. Then retry your purchase.
Non Prime Member: Prime Live Event Tickets are exclusively available to Prime (monthly/annual) paid members. If you would like to sign up to Prime please select the Sign Up option and continue. The tickets will be held for you until you complete your Sign Up.
Resolve E-mail Delivery Problems
If you haven't received your order confirmation e-mail or you aren't receiving subscription e-mails that you've signed up for, there are a few things you can check:
- Spam or junk folders
- The e-mail address entered
You can contact us if the e-mail isn't in a spam or junk folder, of if you'd like to update the e-mail address associated with the purchase or subscription.
Prime Membership Programme
As a full paid Prime member, you now have access to Prime Live Events and Pre-sale tickets with Amazon Tickets.
Prime Live Eventsis a live entertainment programme exclusively for (monthly/annual) paid prime members. This gives fans the opportunity to see their favourite artists perform up-close and personal in beautiful, iconic locations, with venues hand-picked to create a unique and intimate experience for the audience and the artist alike. All Prime Live Events will be filmed and made exclusively available on Prime Video worldwide, allowing all Prime members to watch the concerts at no extra cost to their membership.
Pre-sale tickets will give you access to selected events across music, theatre and touring shows, enabling you to purchase tickets on Amazon Tickets before they go on sale to the general public. Having pre-sale access is a convenient way to choose where you want to watch the show.
